What is the main benefit of MilliTalk?
MilliTalk allows you to make and receive domestic and international phone calls without using your carrier plan minutes. This allows MilliTalk users to lower their minute plans and save money without sacrificing calling features or quality.
Does MilliTalk work on my Android phone?
At this time MilliTalk does not have an Android compatible version.
What happens if I go over my minutes plan?
MilliTalk will not charge you crazy per minute fees if you go over your plan minutes. If you do find yourself without remaining minutes prior to your billing period you can simply add more at a discounted rate right through the phone.
Do I have to sign a contract?
MilliTalk requires no contract at all and only takes minutes to set up. You may sign up for a free trial and give us a try without any further obligation.
MilliTalk turns my iPod or iPad in to a phone? How?
By adding a phone number. On a very basic level, all apple mobile products are built off the same technology, we simply add in what's missing with our app.
How much does MilliTalk cost?
The MilliTalk Preview and MilliTalk Free plans cost you nothing. The full MilliTalk plan is only $39.99 for an entire year of service.
How does billing work?
Billing is handled securely through in app purchase with your apple iTunes account. Simply click on the plan or add-ons you wish to add in the app and use your iTunes account,.. it's that simple.
Can I send text messages?
Currently MilliTalk does not have SMS / Texting support, however we currently have a version in testing that will fully allow our customers to take advantage of text messaging. This will be a free upgrade for all our users when it's released.
Do you offer support?
Yes we do and it's FREE! Our Network Operations Center is open 7 days a week and takes all MilliTalk users questions and issues. You can contact them from the support page in the app itself.
